      • Just read about a recent study that says 4 or more cups of coffee a day significantly reduces the risk a various cancers. I didn’t drink coffee for ten years, and I ended up with cancer. I didn’t stop drinking it for health reasons, but because it was the last thing I had before getting really sick, and the smell of coffee made me feel sickly after that. It took ten years to recover and get back to coffee from that one ill incidence.

I hadn’t heard that before about the correlation between coffee and cancer, more justification for me drinking it. I do so hope your cancer is in remission and so glad the smell of coffee is no longer a concern for you! 🙂
