The Inner Beauty

These flowers seem to speak to me the moment I saw them at the florist. I couldn’t wait to get them home to photograph them.

My macro of a spider mum

Macro photography has always fascinated me but it’s not as easy as just photographing your subject matter “up close“. Trust me, I’ve tried that route with little success, lol!

Of course, there are times you can get lucky and when not trying, get that perfect capture but not this time. I maneuvered, I turned, I clicked and I clicked. Then when I eventually downloaded my captures, my breath actually caught.

You see, for once what I had hoped and wanted to photograph and what was on my screen were in unison. There was going to be no asking… “mum, how much longer?”
