Disguised Boundaries (WPC)

The word this week from the Daily Post is…  BOUNDARIES. Talk about a challenge, the word itself has no boundaries, good grief. However, one boundary did particularly stand out in my memory.

It was the fence around the public pool near where we stayed in Australia. Along the top of this already high fence was barbed-wire with the very top row having coloured pieces of metal attached.

In the early morning light, with the gum trees as a back-drop, these coloured rectangles were almost pretty. They were a lovely distraction from what they were attempting to disguise.

Regardless of their attractiveness though, they certainly created a definite boundary for me, lol!
